In which area of my life am I stuck? Where would I like to experience more flow?
The matrix we are immersed in continues to find innovative ways of stealing our attention, pulling us into polarity, making us stuck by lowering our frequency. None of us are fully immune to our surroundings, but one thing we surely can do is to tune in so powerfully that we effectively hear the inner guidance, tangible response within our own body, in order to enter the flow and open up to abundance in all areas of our life.
I welcome you to this special Awakening Yoga Nidra, first in the year 2026, where we allign with the frequency of abundance and enter the flow. Astrologically, the time period is really special and happens for the first time in the last 165 years – we will be riding the wave of Neptune in Aries, turning dreams into reality…
After being inducted into the receptive alpha state of mind, we will be able to navigate through the usual self-sabotage mechanisms based on our past impressions that created the blockages. We will then work on strenghtening ourselves from within so that the typical hooks of the matrix and its keepers can be easily avoided. In other words, we strenghten our light so much that we become invisible to them. Abundance, flow and inner brightness will thus be the topic of this powerful Awakening Yoga Nidra session.
As someone who has been conducting AYN sessions for more than eight years now, I have recognized it as a perfect tool for effective, long-term empowerment – it is fascinating just how much it strenghtens the inner witness and our ability to rise above the duality, as well as our own inhibitions.

For those of you who are new to Awakening Yoga Nidra (AYN), here are some key info
AYN is based on the ancient method of effective, progressive relaxation called Yoga Nidra (conscious yogic sleep).
AYN however goes a mighty step further than the standard Yoga Nidra: through connection with the Higher Self, the Grace of Guru Tattva (the inner Guru Principle) is invoked for the purpose of deeping one’s intuition, clarity and inner thirst for liberation from all forms of gravitational pull, bringing back the memory of the Soul’s brightness and the Light beyond all the veils of illusion.
This is where I connect with my own guides, while you are free to bring into your energy field invocation of your own spiritual guides as your own preferred connection to the Source.
Aside from the inner healing, self-acceptance, connection with the Higher Self, other benefits include balancing of the left and right side of the brain and speeding up the process of self-healing at all levels. What I can say based on my experience of conducting Awakening Yoga Nidra over the years is that people regularly emerge out of the session speechless, deeply touched and overwhelmed by the vivid intensity of the inner journey they had just experienced. I love to observe that unique glow on their faces…
Through this unique modality of inner work in the receptive alpha state of mind (similar to an inner 3D movie), one gets empowered to face any challenge of life by strengthening the connection with the inner witness (sakshi bhaav), in order to rise above the traps of duality and embrace the highest trajectory to one’s self-actualization (as the amazing Carl Gustav Jung would say) at all levels.

AYN can be done comfortably by people of any age group and fitness level and requires no specific preparation.
