Yoga Journey Through Chakras

Welcome to Yoga Journey Through Chakras — a carefully curated series of yoga sessions designed to support your inner alignment and spiritual evolution.
This program reflects many years of dedicated practice and teaching, integrating the depth of Hatha Yoga, the Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga, and elements of Mahavatar Babaji’s Kriya Yoga into a refined and holistic experience.
This journey is created for anyone who feels the need to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and create more clarity, ease, and inner stability in everyday life. You do not need prior experience — only the willingness to give yourself time and attention.
The purpose of this journey is to restore balance, awaken inner awareness, and gently guide you toward a deeper understanding of your true nature. Each session is designed not merely as a practice, but as a space for self-discovery, integration, and transformation.
This series was created in response to years of requests from students who resonated with the depth, authenticity, and transformative quality of this approach.
Every session includes a brief introduction, mindful warm-up exercises, guided asana and pranayama, and concludes with a meditation and affirmations aligned with each chakra.
You are invited to begin with any session that calls to you, and to notice whether this journey resonates within your body and awareness. For a more integrated experience, it is recommended to complete all seven sessions daily or every other day, allowing the body and energy system to gradually harmonize. From there, you may return to specific chakras that ask for deeper attention, creating a practice that evolves organically with you.
Please remember, this is not simply a practice—it is an invitation to return to yourself. It is an invitation to recognize a profound truth: everything you have been seeking has always been within you.

As you move, learn to be fully present with your body. In that presence, you begin to recognize the observer of your thoughts, desires, and inner impulses. You begin to experience the aspect of yourself that watches, that creates inner images, and that ultimately shapes what you radiate and how you experience reality.

This awareness is the master key that transforms your reality.
Yoga was never intended to be mere exercise, but a powerful and sacred practice that brings you into a balanced, sattvic state of alignment. From that state, you gain access to your most profound dimension—the dimension of consciousness. It is through this dimension that the true union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness becomes possible.
You are invited to step into this journey—into the discovery of yoga’s deeper essence, and the subtle, transformative power of movement guided by awareness.
