In Devi’s words: “It was wonderful to represent Mohanji Foundation at Unity Earth Varanasi Convergence – super intense, unforgettable 4 days of Unity and Love at banks of river Ganga in the sacred city with more than 3000 years of history. Here are some lovely images from the magical Varanasi (also known as Kashi and Benares) in India.

At Varanasi Convergence event, Unity Earth, United Religious Initiative(URI) and Teamworks Art joined hands to create an amazing confluence of noble ideas, cultural refinement and common bonds of love of humanity. Every day was special – Kabira Festival, Interfaith dialogue by Unity Earth and URI and visit to Sarnath where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon and Emperor Ashoka built his Stupas – it was a sublime experience throughout, especially at the Ghats by the sacred river Ganges.

We also enjoyed some amazing performances by superb artists such as Kristin Hoffman, Regge Star Pato and Antoanette and the newly emerging stars, the young India bend Kabira Cafe.

I was privileged to speak on three occasions during these 4 days and enjoyed every second of interaction with truly amazing souls from Unity Earth and URI. Beautiful friendships and memories truly enriched my life.
