We live in the world in which, on one side, frequency keeps rising as our planet steadily moves closer towards the Photon Belt and the unconditioal love frequency of the Great Central Sun; yet, on the other side, polarity increases day by day. Matrix (through its keepers) continues to find innovative ways of stealing our attention, pulling us into polarity and lowering our frequency.

None of us are fully immune to our surrounding, but one thing we surely can do is to be compassionate, service-oriented, aware, attentive enouogh to always hear the response of our own body so that we are attuned to our inner guidance at all times.

 

During the intro talk before this Awakening Yoga Nidra session, I will briefly take you through the traps of the matrix at various levels (mental, emotinal, physical, etc.) so that you have clarity and a reference in your mind about the challenges we all face at present. We will then go through the induction into the receptive alpha state of mind and work on strenghtening ourselves from within so that the typical hooks of the matrix can be easily avoided.

 

This is where the power and relevance of Yoga Nidra comes in – as someone who has been conducting AYN sessions for more than eight years now, I have recognized it as a perfect tool for effective, long-term empowerment as it strenghtens the inner witness and ability to rise above the duality. 

 

During this unique AYN session (which always flows through me spontaneously, in tune with the group energy), we will work deeply on establishing our INNER SANCTUARY as an energetic structure which will remain with us as the inner pillar supporting our stability, highest potential and greatest transformation that this period offers.

For those of you who are new to Awakening Yoga Nidra (AYN), here are some KEY INFO:

 

AYN is based on the ancient method of effective, progressive relaxation called Yoga Nidra (conscious yogic sleep). Awakening Yoga Nidra however goes a mighty step further than the standard Yoga Nidra: through connection with the Higher Self, the Grace of Guru Tattva (the inner Guru Principle) is invoked for the purpose of deeping one’s intuition, clarity and inner thirst for liberation from all forms of gravitational pull, bringing back the memory of the Soul’s brightness and the Light beyond all the veils of illusion.

This is where I connect with my own guides, while you are free to bring into your energy field invocation of your own spiritual guides as your own preferred connection to the Source.

 

Aside from the inner healing, self-acceptance, connection with the Higher Self, other benefits include balancing of the left and right side of the brain and speeding up the process of self-healing at all levels.

 

What I can say based on my experience of conducting Awakening Yoga Nidra over the years is that people regularly emerge out of the session speechless, deeply touched and overwhelmed by the vivid intensity of the inner journey they had just experienced. I love to observe that unique glow on their faces…

 

Through this unique modality of inner work in the receptive alpha state of mind (similar to an inner 3D movie), one gets empowered to face any challenge of life by strengthening the connection with the inner witness (sakshi bhaav), in order to rise above the traps of duality and embrace the highest trajectory to one’s self-actualization (as the amazing Carl Gustav Jung would say) at all levels.

WHO IS IT FOR?

 

AYN can be done comfortably by people of any age group and fitness level and requires no specific preparation.

 

All that is needed is a yoga mat or a blanket to lay on, a thin pillow (or a folded towel) under the head and a blanket to cover the body. It is very important to keep warm because, in a deeply relaxed state, we start feeling a bit cold, just like during regular sleep.

 

Once lying down,  one simply relaxes in the comfortable lying position  and follows the gentle guidance of Devi.
