Month of April is a Sexual Assault Awareness Month. I would like to share with you the news about a Free ONLINE Supersummit, a wonderful platform called Women Emerging, to which I am contributing through a specially adapted Yoga Nidra, inspirational talks and more.

I chose to support this platform upon loving invitation of Misa Hopkins and her husband Jeff, a superb couple that Mohanji and I met a couple of years ago in USA.

Did you know that approximately 1 in 4 women and 1 in 5 men have experienced sexual abuse at some point in their life? Some experienced it during early childhood, as was the case with Misa, the founder of Women Emerging, some in teenage days and some in their adult life. In all these cases, it took them years to fully integrate this traumatic experience(s) and learn how to heal from the devastating effects of the same.
